Bad, unprofessional.
I was looking for a place to store a 40 ft RV which I was purchasing. Spoke to Giovani at the Doral FL location (Store # 6056). Signed contract last week in January with an occupation date proposed for the 5-6 of February. On the 2nd of Feb went by location with wife and saw other RV's in proximity to my space and realized even though I could get in the spot, no one on the right side spots would be able to retrieve their vehicles. This was unfair to other patrons, and also could result in an accident while maneuvering. I told Giovani that I wanted to cancel (2nd), and he said "You lost your month payment already and nothing can be done". He suggested I leave the account open to see if someone canceled. On the 7th I called up to cancel and spoke to another attendant that mentioned there was no refund because I canceled after the 5th, which raised some red flags. Explained the situation and was told to contact the call center and they referred me twice to the District manager (Rudy Garcia). Well It has been over 2 weeks, several calls to the call center, and several emails to the manager, and no one has the courtesy to reach out to me as yet. The attendant blatently lied about the refund status, and I was emailed a copy of the contract which wont open after I signed. The attendant also hit my credit card for 2 application charges, but one dropped off after I called the office.
