Pretty great place!
There was a little difficultly with the computer system while moving in, but it ended up working out fine. All in all this is a great storage unit, very pleased with how it worked out.

My experience....
After contacting multiple storage companies and haggling with them, it was nice to talk to the public storage rep because it was a one stop shop. They could look up multiple locations, give you pricing, size, and their honest opinions. Not only that, but the storage facilities are well kept and some even temperature controlled. Pricing is fair, but one thing I did not like at first was that at the end of the process when it comes time to pay, they force you to acquire insurance, but you need it just incase building is blown up by alien space crafts or things of that nature. Overall it was as pleasant as any search for a storage unit can be.

Pros and Cons
Overall this is a good Public Storage facility and location. Pros: Rented a unit in less than 30 minutes including viewing of two units on the 1st and 3rd floor, reserving a space online and signing all the paperwork at the counter. Manager Denice is an amazing person. She is very courteous, knowledgable and professional. It was a real pleasure to complete this business transaction with her assistance. Highly recommend. Cons: You need to leave your DL with a front desk rep when using their restroom. Installing push button lock and camera in front of the restroom would make it safer and easier for everyone. Another omission on the part of the management is you need to leave your DL when using their 4-wheeled cart. The difference in working hours of office and access gates makes it very inconvenient. Leaving the carts by the elevator will make the lives of many customers much easier. Office Hours Mon-Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm Sat-Sun 9:30am to 5:00pm Access Hours Mon-Sun 6:00am to 9:00pm

New Storage Space
I'm coming from a different storage company in a different state. I preferred a different shape but Public Storage is convenient and that's important as I need to go frequently. There are only 2 things that are a bit irritating. 1. The fact that the code box is so close to the gate and not in a location that you can punch from your car instead of having to get out of your car then get back in to drive onto the lot. My old storage had that convenience available. 2. Is that I have to go all the way to the front and give my ID to get a dolly. Again, where I used to store things which was in a different state they had dollies available just inside the entrance doors. But I suppose in a place like LA people will take them so that's why they require ID, it's just a pain but better than no dollies.
