Do you have time to waste
Process was frustrating to say the least. Didn’t have ability to fill out all of the paperwork online, most storage units offer this now. Then after 10 minutes of completing paperwork and emailing my insurance info, I go to the gate and my code doesn’t work. Guess what staff is on break and won’t answer the phone and door is locked! Finally someone comes out and tries the number they gave me and it still didn’t work. More waiting and staff tries again, still doesn’t work. Still can’t access my unit! I paid and now have NO ACCESS to my unit, beyond horrible! Now we have to wait for another person that can fix the issue while I have a Uhaul full of stuff waiting to unload and a tight schedule. I wouldn’t recommend this place around lunch time as they won’t be here or if you have a schedule to follow. Still can’t access my unit an hour later!
