The reason that I am providing 2 stars is: -I rented this unit as a climate controlled, it is not. The day i rented, upon the tour of the/and to the unit, the front desk personnel made a point that it was being worked on and would be corrected very soon. Yesterday I dropped some things off (because close to my work), and the temperature was so hot that couldn't breathe and nearly passed out just attempting to set a few items in the unit; luckily i didn't have a lot. However, i have items stored that will be ruined by the heat if not fixed. When i asked when it would be back running, the front desk said," she notified the DM and corporate, it should be soon." I asked if i could have a credit towards my rental and the response was: "no, we don't give refunds of any kind." I said, you shouldn't rent units as climate controlled if they are not and then asked if i could move to floor 1 because that is the only one with a/c working. Of course, that wasn't available but she told me to call back in a couple of days for an update. She definitely sold me to get in but now that I'm in, i don't seem to matter.
