Good customer service, good location
Good customer service, including a call to make sure I was aware that the office was closing very soon after I sent in my online reservation. I was already aware of the hours, but it was great they took the extra step to ensure I didn't arrive after closing. The facility looks clean, and the storage area was clean and ready to use.

We got the one month free deal. A very good value. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even offered to the rest of the current month at no charge.
