Bad Customer Service
I was looking for a place for my band to practice. I talked to an individual there that said they allowed that. So I told him to reserve a unit for me. They called the next day to confirm and I once again asked if they allowed bands because I wanted to be certain. They said it was not a problem at all. Day three, I was headed up there to look at the space with a band mate and it was getting close to closing time so I called ahead to make sure they would be able to accomadate us. The lady was extrememly rude and told she would not be able to show me the unit. She said it was too close to closing time and she couldn't do it. She then asked why I even needed to see the space? Are you kidding me? Why would I possibly need to look at something I'm about to rent? I told her I wanted to see where the power outlets were located since it would be vital for what I needed the space for. She then asked why I would need power outlets. Very rude also. I then told her it was because of the band. She then began to inform me they didn't allow bands. At this point I was floored. It's one thing to not allow bands, that is not the issue. The issue is the misinformation that they all seem to have, and the horrible customer service they provided to me, and that's not the way to run a business. I can't comment on, paperwork, security, or cleanliness because I didn't get a chance to see the facility. Although I was offered to see a picture of the unit. Ha!!!!!!
