Bad customer service
The first guy said I had to have a card to put it on. I could not come in and pay cash. So, my son had my truck and didn't bring it back till later that evening. I called back this morning and they said, they no longer had the size I wanted available. I asked if I could call my daughter and call her right back. She agreed. With in 5 minutes I called back. A different girl answered the phone. I asked for the first girl. She got off the phone, then came back and continued as if I had not asked for the other person. So I explained what was going on. She said there was no reservations found. I said that was strange because all I was supposed to be doing was deciding the size at this point. She said well she couldn't find it. I asked if she could look again because I had just talked to someone a few minutes ago. She said well it wasn't in the computer. I said look I had even talked to someone yesterday and she I only didn't get it done because I didn't have the money on my card I only had cash. Since I had to wait for my son to bring my truck back to me. It had taken me until this morning. She said well since you have the money on the card now you can just go on line and enter in all your information and do it online. I said I don't understand what happened. And she hung up on me. I had a brain tumor removed and I really don't understand what I did wrong. I don't feel as if I did anything. I was very upset.
