Experience getting storage unit

Not a good experience. Frustrating.
Complicated reservation process. Made 7 calls and left multiple messages. Went to onsite office to resolve issues. Onsite office closed for renovations and gate not working so gate remains open going on multiple days now. Discount on rental showed up on invoice one day, no longer showed up the next day when I called customer service (in Texas) to process payment for exact same unit since no one in the office to take payment in person.
