I shopped around both in person/online and lucked out because the closest facility happened to also have not only the best promotional offer, but also the lowest monthly post-promotion offer. When I realized I was going to be a hour or two late to my appointment to sign docs, the staff was flexible and accommodating. Upon arriving, the staff was just as friendly and the facility was very clean. Despite local construction, the facility was easy to locate, navigate in/out of and secure.

So far good
Using for vehicle storage so far so good. Only thing better would be 24 hour access as if I use the vehicle I would probably miss closing time. So this restricts usage

Everything is great except for the fact ...
Everything is great except for the fact that you have to go in and leave your license to use a truck or cart. I have had other had other storage units where the the carts and trucks are within the confines of the security fences. Making it easer rather then getting out of the car to input a code walk back to the office to get the cart and input the code again to walk back to the unit. I'm not a lazy person but it just seems a little extreme. Other then that everything else is great.

abysmal customer service
Scheduled an appointment for 9:45 to rent the unit. Due to the nature of my job I can only pay cash, so I needed to fill out the rental agreement for the unit in person. I arrived promptly and on time, only to have to wait over an hour for an employee to show up and open the front office. Once open, I mentioned to the employee I was paying cash and then had to be redirected out front again so they could open the safe. Understandable and fine but 20 minutes to do that? Once inside, we started the rental agreement. When asked for identification they were unable to confirm my drivers license number (out of state) because they didn't know how to select a different state on their operating system. Rather than calling someone to troubleshoot this issue, they frustratingly tried telling me that they couldn't complete the application on their end because there was "nothing they could do". Waiting patiently through two attempts to persuade me out the door, they finally figured it out. The customer service of this place is at the very bottom of the totem pole. Just absurd to me from a customer stand point but also a business stand point that someone would lose out on a rental instead of reaching out to someone to help diagnose the issue at hand. I finished my rental agreement and was directed to the unit. The unit was clean and as described.
