I am not pleased with the customer service. We reserved a unit on November 2, 2015. I was informed that there was only one 6x10 unit available. The clerk assigned us a space and did the paperwork. We went to the space and she was unable to open the lock with her keys. She then gave me another 6x10 unit that she found that was empty, No. 33. On November 5, 2015, I receive an e-mail "Late 1st Notice". I sent a reply stating that I had just rented the unit 2 days before and that I did not appreciate receiving this notice. At the end of the late notice, it said that if I have already paid, please disregard. Today, November 10, 2015, I go to the storage unit and find that an additional lock had been placed. Luckily, the manager was there and he did remove the extra lock. He apologized and said that the lock was a mistake. I will leaving the area on November 12 for several months. It was just fortunate that I had not gone to the storage unit after hour when no attendant would be present. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service.
