Staff confused
Staff didn't know what they were doing. Had maintenance man checking in people. Management arrived and had to ask maintenance how to do some of the computer work . took to long checking in.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN STORE BUT DIDN'T DO GOOD OVER THE PHONE.
IT WAS NICE BUT WHO EVER YOU TALK TO YOU OVER PHONE NEEDS TO BE PERSON IN STORE SO THEY CAN GIVE SAME INFO IN PERSON DEALING WITH TWO PEOPLE SAYING DIFFRENT THINGS CAN HAVE PROBLEMS.

Booked online through Sparefoot. Fortunately I called to confirm and the facility had not received the reservation. When we went to fill out the paperwork they had all ready rented out our unit. However they did provide another unit, larger, at the same price. Staff very friendly if somewhat disorganized and uninformed of the online reservations.
