Good service! Only problem is with online follow-ups
I am perfectly happy with all the on-the-ground service and the facility. Also, the information on the website was very helpful in selecting a location and size of unit. However, I went to the office on, March 4th and signed the lease for my unit, bought a lock, and checked in. I was told I could begin using it whenever I was ready. Then I began getting emails automatically generated from the web site, I presume, telling me the 15th was my move-in date and suggesting I was to pay a particular amount right away. I received a special offer of first month free when I signed in and have an automatic payment set up with the office. I had to call the manager to be sure this was still in force and that I could move in any time. She said yes and checked online to be sure you had my lease registered, or whatever you do. It was. So I wish you would make your automatic system generated by my first signing in online synchronize with what actually happened when I went in to sign my lease and arrange for payment. This would save me confusion and save the local staff and me time on unnecessary phone calls. I just checked "yes" to your query about my moving in on the 15th to try to get the emails to stop. I will actually be moving in over a two-week period starting on the 19th. Thanks. Victoria
