Good, not great.
The call buttons are helpful, but there was no one there to help me figure out my lock. It’s like a button that you have to insert into the door of the unit and I wasn’t sure how to use it. I had to mess with it for a while before I figured it out. My unit was also jammed so I couldn’t open the door. I had to pry open the sliding lock with a wrench. My gate code also didn’t work right away, but the call button allowed me to call someone who gave me the emergency gate code. The facility was great though and the online, no contact process was reassuring during COVID times.
