Clean Facility, Great Customer Service
The gentleman who helped me explained everything clearly, showed me the unit before we began, and then showed me how to use the locks. The price was very reasonable. I would have given it 5* for pricing if I had known about the extra $12/ month required insurance in advance. (For a $40/ month unit, this seemed proportionately high and only covers up to $2500).

Overall the person who was helping me was super helpful and very accommodating. He was professional, friendly and eased my mind about the security of my belongings. Very much appreciated and exceeded my expectations.

They should tell you about the required insurance & start up fee, increases advertised monthly rate.
