Nabers Self Storage is coming to a 4-acre lot at 101 Industrial Parkway in Tehachapi, CA after its planning commission approved it. It will have about 900 storage units spread across 102,815 square feet. It will have both climate-controlled units and non-climate-controlled units. The project owner is 1900 E. Adams LLC of Valencia, CA. Also approved: an RV resort, gas station, mini mart, drive-through restaurant and more retail space. The proposed development involves an investment of more than $8 million, according to Michael Pauls, who represented property owner Nidal Azzi of Simi Valley, CA at the meeting. Azzi recently bought the project from Yang Bing Tang and Yanglan Tan, also of Simi Valley.

TSC Properties LLC has applied for a major site plan approval for a proposed two-story garage/storage building in Bellmawr, NJ. The property last sold for $130,000 on March 3, 2021. The Bellmawr Joint Land Use Board will hear TSC’s application on April 4. Source: South Jersey Observer

In Florida, Diamond Holdings LLC sold a 3.1-acre site to Pecan Park Self Storage LLC for $925,000. CBRE’s Jess Simmons, Kale Swain and Johnny Simmons represented the seller. Life Storage LP, based in Buffalo, NY, paid $12.55 million to buy a 1.8-acre lot in The Village at Robinhood shopping center in Winston-Salem, NC. The property is at 5109 Robinhood Village Drive and is the largest of three out parcels on the campus. The property will have room for up to an 89,000-square-foot building. 5109 Robinhood Village LP and 5109 Robinhood Village Partners LP, both of Charleston, SC, were the sellers. Menards plans to build mini storage units at 1211 Clarice Ave., near its Marshall, MN store location. The city approved Menards’ request for a conditional-use permit for 558 enclosed units and 78 parking stalls for RVs. Menards must meet a few conditions, such as paving the storage property, and following zoning and landscaping ordinances. Source: Marshall Independent
