The facility has 882 units spread across 118,500 square feet and is near Florida State University. It has ground-level access from the first and second floors thanks to an incline on the site. Construction of the facility began in February 2022 and finished this month.

Five Star Storage bought A+ RV and Mini Storage in Billings, MT, which has more than 600 units and parking spaces combined. It is Five Star’s first storage facility in Montana. FSS has 33 locations in four states: North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and Montana.
