Customer Service was amazing, they were very helpful. I got a unit too small, and they painlessly switched me to a larger unit.

I have to say that I was shocked at the level of customer service at this facility, the staff was so helpful and treated me like family! I have not seen this type of customer service in many years and it is a breath of fresh air! I made a quick initial decision to come here for the prices but its the obvious care and concern for their customers that will keep me here.

I was in the need of a storage facility and couldn't be happier about Stor-It in Foothill Ranch. The place is very clean and the people were so nice.

Cheap and Clean
The staff is very helpful. The grounds are kept very clean. The price is very fair. I've been back and forth loading the storage and found no weirdness whatsoever. Good find here!
