Extra Space Storage - 7744 - Albuquerque - Edith Boulevard NE

My fiance and I had made an appointment for another storage place and the person didn't show up so we went to extra space storage on Edith and Osuna. Jim Mendoza was on shift. He qas very professional and extremely helpful. We were able to secure a unit and start moving our things to the storage unit today 12/24/2025. Would so give jim 10 stars if I could. Bought a locker yesterday. When the guy opened it He left right away left in a hurry. I thought that was weird when it was open it looked like the locker already been looked through some of the boxes were open If your buying a locker be careful these extra storage guys look through the lockers

This place is the best here in Albuquerque on Edith. The storage inside the door are all 5x5 I believe and I have one of those as well and it honestly goes a long way. I had a one bedroom apartment to pack up and it fits all of my things and I still have extra space. The two workers here are men and are really helpful and nice. They provide great hospitality for simply being at a storage unit and it honestly is a breath of fresh air knowing it’s like a little second home in a way where it’s like a quick get away from those around you and you can have you “Mee” time without being interrupted. Plus the pricing is really affordable and as long as you make it in before 10PM you can stay as long as you want or need without any trouble! It is kind of creepy at night by yourself but other than that I highly recommend this storage unit facility. Thank you for the men that help keep the place up and running smoothly!

Jim is a wonderful rep. Very kind and patient, he walked me through the entire process. He even answered all of my insurance questions (as an instance agent, get the insurance here. It's a 0$ deductible and your renters is probably $500 or more). I feel good about my storage, Jim let me know what to expect and I know he's only a phone call away if I need him. Thank you!

Set up was was very quick, efficient and perfect. Customer service agents on phone and in person were amazing. Units and location are very clean and seems very secure.
