Great customer service and communication.
So far so good with everything the unit was clean and ready for me to use. I also really like that I can open and close the gate using the public storage app. Everyone I talked to was nice and helpful and I was really surprised how nice and easy they made it for me.

This was the by far the easiest and stress free rental Iâve had. The outside drive up unit was clean. We went back 3 days later & rented a outside parking space for our trailer until we locate a new home. Thank you so much!!!
