Huge shout out to Jen at Public Storage on south Abilene! Jen truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She was incredibly responsive, proactive, and made it a priority to ensure I had the correct access information and codes without delay. Her quick reactions, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to helping customers stand out in a big way. You can tell she really cares about doing the job right, and it makes all the difference. Excellent service all around.

Warning!!!!! Before you get a unit be aware…they are very unprofessional and unpredictable. They seem very nice when you move in but very unprofessional when you move out. 3 different stories by 3 different employees…They told me upon moving out I would pay for a week being 2 days after the 1st of the month. As they were getting that situated I was advised it was false information and I got charged with a late fee which was an extra $30 more. So in order to get my stuff unlocked by staff and their lock I had to pay $210 for 2 extra days… GO ANYWHERE BUT TO PUBLIC STORAGE…they will take advantage and will manipulate you

After four short months, my unit increased from $48 to $71 per month. They have specials all the time to get people into a unit, but they can easily raise your rate 50% at any time. I will never use them again so buyer beware!
