Storage Sense - Bonaire

Storage Sense took care of me during my move! The store manager, Alvarez and his store associate, Nesha were quick to help and had great customer service. They allowed me to look at the availability of their units so I would feel comfortable choosing the right size.

We had a wonderful experience at Storage Sense in Bonaire, Ga located at 128 Old Highway 96. Thank you to Mr. Alveres Jackson for your kindness and professionalism. We would recommend this location to anyone seeking storage needs.

3/25/15 update. The gate is fixed but now they don't let you in 24/7. You cannot access it after 10pm now. Original review: It seems that this location doesn't like to ever answer the phone. The security gate that keeps people out of the storage area has been broken and is open 24/7 now. Of course they raised their prices but everyone's property inside is less secure because of the broken gate. When property is removed you have to call the national call line to retroactively refund you the money they take for rent. This location is not impressive with its local customer service.

I was not able to buy my storage space over the Internet and instead had to call the local facility. The website was too quirky. It's a joke that the first two months are free. There is $29 administration fee, and the Internet way forces you to buy insurance you don't need if you have a homeowner's policy. A map would have been handy to see exactly where you storage unit is. Also, you should be told in advance that you need a padlock for your unit.

Alveres Jackson provided GREAT customer service to our family. We felt welcome the moment we walked in the door. Place was organized and clean. He allowed us to view the units and the property is very nice and clean. We are excited to rent here. Thanks.
