Don did indeed call honoring the verbal agreements that we had spoken about prior to my leasing the storage unit. I would rate overall experience a 5. I was amazed that Don took the time out to make this right. Thank you. PS. Highly recommend renting from AAA Self Storage Inn.

Great caregiver Sandy!
The man that I talked with over the phone when asked about a veterans and senior citizen discount stated that he could give me a 10% discount. However, when I signed the lease was told that they didn't do that. The discount was the determine factor for me to chose this storage area.

Called this man and apologized for the mistake and rectified this, it was my mistake not getting the information to the office. He has his senior discount and the rental agreement was changed. I would ask anyone working with us to feel free to call my personal phone number , if there would be any issues.
