West Cambridge If you are looking for a more laid back neighborhood in touch with nature, you will love its proximity to the Fresh Pond reservoir and park. Smaller neighborhoods that include parts of this reservation are Strawberry Hill and Cambridge Highlands. You can jog and bike on the 2-mile loop around the pond, which is also a popular site for birdwatching, but note that fishing is not allowed.
