I have had a unit at this facility for a few months now and every month something else happens that makes me regret my choice more than I already do. (We will be leaving the facility and taking our business else where.) I want to start by saying the ladies in the office are wonderful! This has nothing to do with them. They have always been so kind and so accommodating and helpful. Howeverhere are the things we have encountered that we hate and have NEVER had problems with at other storage facilities: 1. When you search this location on Google it says the hours are 6am-10pm daily..AND YES THOSE ARE GATE HOURS/ACCESS HOURS. However they are NOT business hours as there is not someone at this location during those hours, there is not even someone at the property DAILY. There is only someone there on certain days of the week at certain times, all very chaotic for me. 2. The property it self: after you go through the gate it's all rocks..tiny little rocks that your driving on which makes it hard to turn around, and there are big rigs that come through there for whatever reason and want to park in the back so any time I am at my unit they (the guys driving the rigs) make me stop what I am doing and move my vehicle so they can get to the back of the facility (bc my unit faces the main drive) . Also, because of the big rigs there are so many huge holes and at night there are NO lights...the lighting is terrible!!! So I fell in one of the holes and sprained my ankle. 3. The lack of lighting. There is no light in my unit, no light outside of my unit, no light on the building of my unit or across from it. (So I park my car facing right at my unit and use my high beams) Which still doesn't always work the best. And we all know the flashlight from our phones is difficult to use if you have to hold the phone and move stuff around. 4. Lastly is their lockout policy. I have had units at extra space storage, and a few others and yes if your bill is due let's say the first of the month you have a five day grace period (typically) to pay before you get charged a late fee. After day five you get the fee, but here...they put an overlook on your unit on day 6 the day of the fee...at extra space you get the fee on day 6 but you can still access your unit until 5 days after the late fee. Yes I know..pay your bill on time and avoid the situation. I too have tried to use auto pay several times and the system just doesn't seem to connect it somehow. Also easier said than done when you're a single income home, living in a hotel while you wait for your home to be ready, and in this economy....none of which is their problem but seriously an over lock on day 6 is a little excessive....and as someone who enters their unit frequently due to my living situation......it makes things very difficult. So no, I will not be sending any business to this location and that sucks bc I know a few people in the market for a new storage facility.

I called and spoke with a nice lady. We were in a pinch of needing a place to store our car for a few days. This lady was very helpful and very pleasant. I feel she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything ..

Available units, small to large, boxes, locks, service and more. This place is in a great location, good staff, and fair prices. There units are pretty good against the weather but Carlisle had a flood the other day and my unit saw some wet floors. Compared to the weather outside, the unit did pretty good. Plus, it was not a "climate controlled" unit anyway.

We’ve stuck with them awhile longer than we planned because of moving. Last year, I had concerns about price increases and they contacted me to correct it, and then within a month the price spiked right back up. Each month, I check the box to enroll in autopay, and every time the automatic payment doesn’t process (on their end) and then I’m slapped with a late fee. I’ve probably paid hundreds of dollars in just late fees because of the system not collecting autopay.
