If I could give zero stars I would! We have had our unit broken into 3 times in one year! There are no cameras on on most of the lockers. Do not trust this place with your possessions.

Not Secure. Rampant break ins, Theft. There’s hardly any cameras here (2 by the main gate only, and regular break-ins. Many people, including myself, using high grade locks, it doesn’t matter. The cheap door mechanism and metal are being cut by thieves. They don’t even try to cut the locks. Local PD advises potential storage clients to seek other places with better security. They received frequent calls to this facility for break ins. Besides, the accessibility to this place with the bad fencing makes it very difficult to pull a trailer or U-Haul in here to access the units. Seek other storage locations, pay a bit more to have better security for your storage needs.

Our door came off the track, the line was useless in helping. They wanted us to either leave all our items unlocked with a stuck open door for four days or immediately move all of our items. Then when I fixed the door on my own they charged me to “move back” to my initial unit. You’d think a company would have some sort of maintenance on call. Useless customer service.

Would give zero stars if i could. I went to my unit for the first time, and when I was trying to leave the door got jammed. I sat on call for 45 minutes for assistance, when I did they said they couldn’t fix the door for 2-3 weeks, and said my only option was moving to a 10x10 unit. I then was told I would have to pay the difference of cost when it’s not my fault that the unit was obviously already broken. Ridiculous. There are so many other things that were wrong with this situation. Just don’t go with them as your storage unit.
