Ronni was so helpful while renting a unit. There's easy access with the gate code and the units are clean. The facility is really nice. I like that they have good security there too. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

Great place. Clean move in ready units Ronni’s is the best very kind and helpful and made myself and family feel very secure storing all our belongings on site. 5 stars all the way around!

Update, they just texted me December 24th at 2:35 an.m. about trying to get me to rent a storage unit for 1/2off !!!!!!! Are you kidding me??!!!…… So… we rented a storage space for a couple weeks when we were moving this summer. The storage was excellent although a little expensive. Here’s my problem, Thomas from Storage Star has been emailing me asking for a review since July, pretty much a week after we vacated the storage unit! It is now October…and when I didn’t leave a review, he has resorted to texting my personal cell phone repeatedly the last couple of months, as well as still emailing asking for a review!!!! This is ridiculous and is harassment! I should not feel FORCED OR PRESSURED to leave a review! If I want to leave a review, that’s my perogative, not a requirement!! I have been being harassed about leaving a review for 3 months now!! I figured after a few times the messages would stop, but they definitely haven’t! So, they win, here’s their damn review! 😡😡 Now I will be blocking them. I wasn’t going to in case I ever needed to use them again, but now I will never use this company again. I never consented to being messaged constantly after I am no longer a customer!

I stop by to look to see what the Storage Units looked like plus what sizes we’re available to my surprise I thought the 10X15 would be a better fit it is it is wonderful. The people in the office our do wonderful in helping you out making sure that is the right size and it’s clean. Gives me pass codes and everything. They our Friendly and eager to help you get what you need to be happy with the right unit for storage. Come see them . I went in to pay my October rent and Thomas was there to help me. He Greeted me with his Morning Smile 😊 Was able to find me right away in his system with know problems. Gave me my receipt and out the door I went didn’t take any time at all great service so easy. Thanks for the speedy service, Thomas.
