Make sure you see the unit before you rent it.
We rented a unit because the facility is clean, the location was good, but mainly because the customer service from Marshawna was excellent. We secured a unit online but found it too small for our needs. Marshawna was kind, professional and courteous as she explained all the various options. We settled on a unit that was not much more in price but much bigger than the unit we had originally secured. Remember the teaser peices online will be for smaller higher units off the ground requiring a ladder to store your belongings. This may be fine for your needs.So remember to view the units before you rent. As long as Marshawna is working here they will have satisfied customers.

Very clean, easy to access. Hours could be better and elevator could be faster. Paid more than I was expecting, but my unit is great and clean.
