I have been storing my boat here for years. No problems until new owners. Made arrangements to get my boat out of storage ahead of time. Showed up and boat was parked in. Employee could not help. Came back a few days later and the trailer tongue and actuator was bent. Manager was unapologetic and told me to call my insurance company about the damages.
