Super easy, very pleased with my experience
The unit itself was very clean and easy to work with- a HUGE bargain compared to other company's units. The price was so low I wasn't expecting much, tbh, but was VERY pleasantly surprised. Customer service was friendly and efficient without being intrusive. In fact, customer service sent texts immediately, before I even entered the unit. Nice to see them so pro-active. I would definitely recommend.

Bolt Storage-cropseyville
When arriving at our unit we were able to get to it easily,it was clean and our lock and keys where they were said to be. Very friendly people and easy to communicate with when I was initially renting the unit. All in all we are very happy with our storage rental and happy we chose Bolt Storage-cropseyville.
