I rented a storage unit on November 21st of this year and was told that the $1 payment and the 50 something dollars I paid at that moment I wouldn't have a payment until January so when I got a call this morning saying that I owed another $50 I was really surprised when I could have just paid that amount on November 21st full payment I think that the intake person and the person that's in the building should get together and make sure that it is plain and clear to the customer because I believe customers deserve upfront and honest pricing and not nickel and diming especially during the holidays
