Great storage facility. Cheap rates. I stored my outside business equipment there over the past year and never had any issues. Everything worked out!

Was told one price $25 a month to start promotional Went to sign up online as instructed by Kaitlyn I believe her name was The total cost was over $100 Much more than the $25 listed When I finally got a call back 3 hours later The woman on the phone was very rude Unapologetic And actually screamed at me literally Saying "Look I'm not waiving any fees for you!!" Absolutely poor service Amazing they can talk to people like that and still be in buisness

I had a positive experience renting a storage unit here. I had my motorcycle there & would take it for rides & sometimes ride to work, leaving my car there all day. I moved to the area after accepting a new job & had a small room, so I had to store all my stuff until I got a permanent place to live. I appreciated the 24/7 access as well as the fully secured area & automated gate. As far as the company, I always dealt with Caroline & she always took care of my needs. No complaints at all about anything. I would recommend this place highly if you're in the area and need a storage unit, thanks.

I used the place very briefly but it was all super simple and easy. Able to go online and buy a unit. Within a few hours I went there and was immediately able to use the unit. I had a few issues with communication. Like there was a lock on my door and I didn't get the code so I did have to call but they answered right away and it seems like there was a recent change in management. Overall no complaints.
