Great customer service setting up rental. Cammie was very helpful & courteous. Good pricing too, I thought. Unfortunately reviewed too soon, they doubled my rv parking only a few months in. Got a letter in the mail day before billing of increase. Moved out same day of notice and stopped auto pay to avoid billing next day. Online move out request will not let you do same day just next day, which was my bill date. I see they billed me again that should not be billed. Would of been yearly customer but doubling my price so quickly is deceptive. I would not recommend renting here unless you ask detailed questions about pricing.

I’ve been renting this unit for over a year now. I’ve had no issues until 2 weeks ago when the battery when dead to my unit. There was a lot of back and forth where I was told it was fixed, it wasn’t, I’d go to the unit, and I still couldn’t get in. Baylee finally was able to resolve the issue for me today (on a Saturday). I spoke to many people, but she was the only one that was able to get it fully resolved. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Baylee!
