Excellent service over the phone and in person. They are super nice and accommodating and friendly. Didn’t feel rushed. Offered solutions to help extend my move out day by a few days. Never had a problem here. Facility is also always super clean. Thank you for the years of great service.

I had an amazing experience at this Extra Space Storage location. I accidentally picked the wrong unit size the day before, and when I came back the front desk clerk took care of everything so quickly and easily. She got me into the right size unit with no hassle at all. What impressed me most is that she worked it out so I didn’t have to pay anything extra for upgrading to a bigger unit — and she even lowered my rate. That kind of customer service is rare! She was professional, patient, and truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location because of her!
