US Storage Centers - Draper - 700 East

We have been at US Storage for several years now with my Dad's stuff as he has downsized over the years moving into a Senior Living Center. The facilities are so clean and the service is excellent. Recently my dad passed away and we have gone through all of his stuff. We're not quite ready to be done with the storage need but needed to move into a much smaller unit. The transition to the smaller unit was so easy - the customer service was fantastic. They allowed us to transfer what we had paid on the larger unit with a mid-month move and apply it to the smaller unit. Changing the lock and the code to get into the facility was very simple. I would strongly recommend US Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility. The cleanliness and the friendly service was beyond expectations. My recent experience with Ben at that facility could NOT have gone better or smoother. Thanks US Storage!!!

This place is amazing! Had our things stored here while we were traveling for over a year. The climate control is the best. All of our things were in perfect condition. It was so easy to get into to move both in and out. Benjamin at the front desk, has the best customer service. He was professional and answered all my questions. I would definitely use this storage again.

My husband and I had a great experience with the storage facility. It was clean and safe. I had asked for a unit that was close to the door for easy access and they accommodated my request. The pricing is affordable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

Met with Ben who was so nice and took the time to show my husband and I several units, explain the cost and how the promo rates work. We ended up renting right on the spot. We’ve been renting at the Cottonwood Heights locations for many years and wanted to move our storage closer to our home so we are happy this location opened. It’s clean, secure and I love the covered drive-up area. Great experience all around.

Benjamin made the new unit acquisition fast and easy. The price is a very good value, imo. The facility is flawless. Easily the best of the many storage facilities I've used prior. Immaculately clean and very well-lit. Top notch from stem to Stern. No regrets. I'll actually enjoy going here to deal with our excess stuff. ********** Update 1/7/25: my earlier experience (cited above) was so very positive, I rented a second space for my wife's stuff! Hayes and Benjamin are a complete delight to work with, and they actually made it fun to rent a storage unit! Every question was answered and they go out of their way to save you money and make you feel good about renting from them. Ben & Hayes are cool enuf and nice enuf, I'll be looking forward to chatting with them as I'm moving stuff in and out! Zero regrets. Glad I found these guys!😁
