I have always had great customer service at this location. Even after store hours, I have received fast and efficient help with any issue I have had. Store manager Dover has went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure I was accommodated. I would highly recommend coming here for your storage needs.

After looking online, I went to see some of the units in-person to gauge the size I needed. Shay was super helpful and answered all my questions. I didn't realize getting a storage unit would be so fun but that's all thanks to Shay. We laughed a ton, figured out what the best unit was for me and she made it a seamless process. This is the first storage unit I've rented so I don't have much to compare it too but it's clean, easy to navigate, has security cameras, trolleys, and all the essentials. I love that the gate can open via the app. The location is easy to get to as well. Overall, really happy with the decision to go with Extra Space & this location!

I lived within a short drive to the facility and despite coming in within 15 mins of setting things up online they had everything ready to go. The store manager Mark Smith made everything about getting this feel great. He had my code to get into the facility ready for me and quickly was able to show me to where I needed to go. Very impressed with how ready and easy this whole process was made. This facility was perfect. After driving past here numerous time the clean look and safe area this place was in, lived up to all my expectations once I finally committed to my own unit. Their online site made it fairly easy to get set up. Was able to easily sign my contract, pay for the unit and even get insurance for the unit squared away and basically come right into the facility. The online 3D model was fairly spot on and looks to meet my need. Glad I decided to go with them. Definitely seems like this will be worth the money!
