Big River Self Storage

A billing error resulted in our lock being cut by management (they assigned us to the wrong unit in their billing system) consequently it looked like we were delinquent in payment. We weren't. Now that we've moved out, we've realized that items are missing -- the only day our unit was accessible to anyone would've been the day the lock was cut. This issue in addition to chronic mice issues, dust from landscaping trucks, spring flooding, and doors ice locked motivates us to warn any potential tenant to run the other way.

Horrible customer service, the people are rude and disrespectful. The units have people living in them, rats everywhere, garbage everywhere, homeless people use the parking lot as a bathroom. If you need maintenance for your unit they will come up with every excuse to not help you. My door has been broken for months and nothing from them to fix it. Oh and if you miss you bill you can except to be harassed at work and home via phone calls texts and emails. This place is disgusting!!

Easy company to deal with. Safe and sound units. I run a small landscaping business and it's a great option to store my equipment and supplies out of.

I haven't had any problems. The unit was new when I started renting. The staff have been friendly and professional.

They failed to tell clients that their storage where broken in. Even after we told them through email follow up that we would be leaving 30 days from the break in they still charged us for another month after the 30 days. Not a company to go with. Even the maintenance guy was disappointed in the way they handled the brake in.
