I had no complaints til this week. I have rented a unit here for 6 months. No issues. Now Part of the problem was on me. I hadn't realized I had put my stuff in the wrong unit. Have paid every month.... NO notice was left on the unit alerting me to the issue. NO notice ANYWHERE. Just showed up for my bi weekly check of my stuff and it was ALL gone..... I recently separated from my husband and have been staying with friends so my ENTIRE life was in that unit. I was there the week before and all was fine. I can not believe they would give NO notice and just take everything from someone.

Exceptional customer service. Had rented a 10x20, but when we got there to unload, (on a Sunday) the ceiling was dripping water from the rain we had for 4 days straight. Called the office and they found 2 10x10 units side by side as there were no more 10x20s available, on the same property immediately. Very much appreciated the quick response! Thanks Anytime!

A year and a half without issues. Never worried about security for my dirt bike. The gate was inoperative often.

Great location, easy access to units. I like the app that’s used, except I can’t make payments through the app, I have to call.

The one plus, 24/7 access to stuff being stored. However, this is one of the higher priced storage options in the area, they raised their rates 2 times in the 6 months I was a customer and they have a rope loop that drops down in the middle of the unit’s overhead door. It will pull the antenna off of your truck’s roof if you pull your truck into the unit to load or unload stuff.
