John, Mary, & JP were phenomenal! The team at Cube Smart helped me out tremendously. I was in a crunch and needed a space asap. They jumped right on it and got me in and out of there within 30 mins!!! Great jobs guys. Got a deal on the space too ;)

I'm renting two 5x10 units, (one will be short term), they both were cleaned before I moved in and customer service is very good. I'd highly recommend trying Devon Storage for your needs.

I appreciated that the staff at Cube Smart were forward thinking and called me a month after my conversation with them about needing a space. I’d lost track of time and was so happy that they didn’t!😄. When there was an obstacle getting my RV into its spot, they were able to give me multiple other spots to choose from, no problem. They were so easy to work with and were very reliable and helpful!

As always, John and JP were available and ready to help. When we unexpectedly needed additional temporary storage, they immediately paused what they were doing to assist. They found a nearby unit in the same complex, allowing us to manage everything in one convenient location. By the end of the day, we were fully moved in. We’re grateful for their calm, compassionate, and consistently competent support — it’s always a pleasure to work with them.

Devon storage is the worst! Bought out cube smart, changes the billing date, cancelled our auto pay, then charged us for a late fee even though we showed up day of the charge to ask why we were not charged for anything other than a late fee. Then after cleaning out our unit and closing out our account, they charged for an additional month. When speaking to the employee there, he told me they will not be refunding us anything. I will be filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau!
