Great secure facility and friendly staff
I originally booked one unit but ended up needing more room, Autumn and Sunshine helped me get sorted with more space and were so friendly and personable. The facility is clean and well maintained and secure. Feel very confident in having my belongings stored here.

Great customer service, good value, heads up for first time renters.
I got great customer service and comparing prices with other storage facilities I got a great deal for the space and for a climate controlled unit. The facility manager kept referring to using sparefoot like it was a bad thing because they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have access to unit availability, which maybe he just wanted to set my expectations correctly, but honestly I think it helped me get such a great deal! Unexpectedly we need insurance on the unit?? I had never rented a storage unit before so this shocked me, I used my rental insurance I already pay for, but seems odd. Also a lot of start up cost associated, the first $24.99 was clearly listed on their website but then I just didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t think the cost of a lock and ended up paying 8 more dollars for the unit to get it on the first floor and for easy access. Again still a great price compared to other facilities in my area.
