no on site service - issues when first accessing unit
no on site service. when I finalized unit rental, code did not work to drive in at first, and also lock was still on unit.

The ceiling inside the unit is falling in.
The ceiling inside the unit is collapsing. We had to shovel away the snow from the opening of the unit so we could move in. The office staff were rude when we knocked on the door of the office.
