Robert has been upfront and honest with all the items we have completed. He is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE Of the SROA syste.s and procedures. I call him Mr. KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Horrible experience with this very low budget facility also manager & also two other workers are very unprofessional I see they listed that the facility is well lit with lights it is not also that the facility is under surveillance Yelp it is but only upon entrance & pull-up areas cameras are not throughout the facility like on hallways or backside of facility… My unit was vandalized & I have lost my entire life from the unit I was renting from them needless to say they expect me to believe that it wasn’t an inside job tuhh my unit has even been accessed after this once they put there own red lock on it & they only have access go figure no arrests have been made & I have not been compensated by this facility either my advise to anyone wanting to rent here is to not store anything of any value in a unit here even sentimental value these people tried to make me pay for a unit that them or the thieves they insist came onto a locked gate coded property used to store a few of my items to come back & get that they said was being rented well wouldn’t you see who the renter is and contact them and find out why another renters stolen items are in there unit NOPE THEY HAVE NOT I am over trying to find out where all of my property is & all I’m met with is horrible attitudes & vague reasoning & disregard so my next step is a formal lawsuit also the insurance they offer is garbage and nowhere near enough to cover damages or loss for my property they say they have up to 45 days to compensate still nothing it’s just one hurdle after another with this place & these people who work here ….. ( HAMMOND LA LOCATION ) plzzzzz be aware this place was on the news for burglaries & bad improper business if I had known before renting I never would’ve came anywhere near this place !!!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE IF I COULD LEAVE A REVIEW WITHOUT A STAR I WOULD

Hannah was absolutely amazing. Not only was she patient and informative. She was kind and compassionate. This is my first time renting a storage unit and she's made it a really great experience for me. Thank you Hannah!

Tee is wonderful! Very helpful and always has a smile on her face! Definitely worth every penny when you get wonder customer service like I receive every time I walk in the door!
