crashing and blocking gates
Customers block and crash the gate. The management holds the customers for gate crashers. There is pretty good hill at the only entrance which is a pain. Things were so much better under the old management. I would avoid this place if you can.

Hello Keith, We here at Horn Lake Self Storage would like to thank you for your feedback, and bringing this to our attention. We urge tenants to not tailgate, or block the gate for any reason. However, it is difficult to prevent someone from coming in the gate right after a tenant has exited or entered. The entrance is a little steep and we have put a lot of time & effort into replacing all the concrete at the entrance, rebuilding the gate, and replacing the exit keypad in an ongoing effort to make the facility easily accessible & pleasing for our customers.
