Kat was awesome!!
Had trouble finding storage in the Houston area, until I found Cube Smart..

Disrespected by Lone Star Storage of Katy on 529, but welcomed at CubeSmart
I had gotten a storage at Lone Star Storage in Katy. They have a promotion, the free usage of a moving truck. The manager and general manager are liars and tyrants. I was told by the general manager “Chris Foster” that I was a headache..I had never even met the man. After telling me that they would not honor our contract, and the manager Suzan fraudulently tried to process my card, he shows up at Cube Smart, trespasses and demands his truck back, leaving me and my partner stranded, with our belongings out in the open for anyone. The general manager Kat, dusts me off, and offers any help she can. Simply so polite, and kind. Reminding me of the people I’m used too in Georgia.
