Storage Sense - Huntsville - I-45

This place is phenomenal. The entire staff will go out of their way above and beyond every time 110%. There’s been nothing but a wonderful experience from the start to. I’m still going strong. They handle every one of my needs at an amazing price not only do they have a great set up multiple locations, friendly employees but I can park my RV and keep it powered on they have power. Nobody else has that this is an amazing company Thelma and her entire team Jamie and Brandon they will all take care of you highly recommend A+ company

My first experience with them would have been 5 stars all the way around but my second experience was frustrating as they don't have time to answer the phone and wait on customers too. I was directed to the I45 location but after finally getting someone on the phone I had to go to the other location on Quality Blvd for paperwork, then back to I45. Find the mgr finally, unload the unit, then back to the home location and wait for the office personnel to return. My trip took several hours more than it should have but the staff is super friendly! I will be going back. The photos are after I cleaned the unit.

I’ve had a great experience with this storage facility! The staff is friendly, helpful, and always professional. The units are clean, well-maintained, and secure which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe.

Always above and beyond helpful, the property was always very clean also well lit at night. The only I would have preferred is that it stayed 24 hour access, also it is very frustrating because you could never reach anybody at the location anymore other than that it was great

Excellent experience at this particular location! Robin was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Unit had nice cold ac and everything was clean and tidy around the property. Very secure, I felt like my belongings were safe and sound!
