Safe and secure
I have witnessed many employees coming and leaving, and each of them were very friendly, well listeners and very professional. I have my storage for 8 years now. Rates keeps going up and the rat infestation as well. This place used to be very clean and well taken care of, now it just ratatouille. I have lost belongings due to it. Cudos for the employees that they do their best with what they have.

Everything here is great! The unit is exactly what I need, it doesn't leak, and there is more than enough space.

Friendly staff, cheap space, what's not to like?
Just as the summary said, "friendly staff, cheap space, what's not to like?". Only issue was the lighting in my building being out when I moved in, but I was assured they were already working to fix it and it should be back on soon. Might be why I got such a good deal, either way this place seems great.
