Extra Space Storage - 1789 - Jacksonville - Girvin Rd

I've rented a 10x7 spot at Extra Space Storage for a little over a year now. Have to say that when I originally applied, I was caught off guard and thought the monthly rental amount was pretty high. But to that, upon inspection of the unit I would be assigned to, it was clear this business took very good care of the facility in both maintenance and cleanliness. Not only that, but the former assistant, now manager, Brittany, was amazing from the beginning! While assigning my space, she negotiated a fair deal for my space. This support has aided me on two other occasions thus helping me financially to be able continue renting space here, which I strongly wish to do. The ease of getting our things in and out of our spaces is solid - no issues here. Elevators and carts are available on both ends of the interior of the facility. Extra Space Storage has a wide variety of sizes in various space availability. These include, 5x5, 5x10, 10x7, 10x10, 10x20, 10x25, and 10x40. The 10x40 spaces are outside the facility and more than adequate size-wise to house RVs. This is an excellent business! I greatly appreciate the service and enthusiasm for the customer here. Their flexibility to aid their renters at times is highly appreciated too. Having great support from a stellar manager like Brittany always turns my visits here to a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage!

Just signed up for a storage unit here. It is clean, well lit, climate controlled (love this feature) dollies accessible to use right inside either doors. Courtney signed me up in the front office and my experience was Stellar! This is a super convient location for us. As a female its not creepy going to the unit alone, it has motion activated lighting on the inside halls. You unload or load behind a gated entrance, that is also well lit. Yes I would genuinely recommend this to anyone who needs a clean safe place store your items in. They also run deals during the year. Extraspace(dot)com is their website or just pop on during office hours to speak to a REAL person. 5 stars all the way everyday and twice on Sunday.
