If I could give this storage facility a zero star, I would. I called 3 times to verify door opening of the unit we were interested in and was reassured that Steven personally went out to measure the unit opening size. We arrived on Memorial Weekend and the opening was no where near the size measurements given. I called the emergency number with no response. Cancelled our contract and found a new storage location. I have been back and forth with Steven over months and keep being reassured that I will be reimbursed my 1st payment as they gave the wrong measurements. To date no correspondence or reimbursement. Terrible experience. Much nicer storage facilities nearby with better pricing. Stay away

I have rented two storages here and worked with a gentleman named Steve.who's very kind and professional and worked with me to maintain any concern or update and make sure it was the best experience possible also I like that it is both gate and entrance secure and has ample lighting.

This is my 3rd year to rent a unit. I rent one for 2 months each year to hold the items needed for our own garage sale over Labor Day weekend. The units are very clean, and the location is so conenient for us. I also appreciate that a person is there when I need one since I don't relish trying to go through a kiosk.Thank you, Sherry

Rented for almost 2 years 2023 - 2024. Wonderful people to work with. The facility was clean and the staff was always professional. I highly recommend this facility.

Customer service is top notch! They've been extremely helpful, and super friendly every time I have interacted with them. I know my stuff is safe and secure there. No complaints from me!
