Puna was AWESOME!! She was EXTREMELY helpful as I came in with so much anxiety about our storage needs and left feeling so much better about everything! She helped get us prepared for a large shipment that was coming and everything worked out so smoothly!! It was such an awesome experience that there was no reason to feel anxious about in the first place. AMAZING service and she was so knowledgeable, quick and extremely friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ben & Puna were really nice! Very friendly and informative! I went to the office to get my keys for my storage unit and they were giving me good vibes. Smooth process — bc I secured my unit online it was so quick & easy, all I needed to do was ID verification & I got my keys. I was very impressed with how clean my unit was bc they said someone just moved out of it — the unit was also temperature controlled which is so worth it for the price! I look forward to staying at this storage facility long term.
