While this is not the first time we've used Public Storage to handle our storage needs, I have to say our experience with your Manager Gladys was incredible. She was friendly, helpful, and willing to assist in our every need. She went out of her way to take us to our storage unit and guide us step-by-step through the entire process. She is a very thoughtful (and funny) person. Glady made the rental process easy, and even a bit entertaining. This is definitely a 5 star review

I read the reviews for this location before I rented a space. Gladys was as helpful and easy to work with as was expressed in the reviews. A great experience, my thanks to Gladys.

Gladys is amazing.

the online reservation worked well. The facility was clean and everything looked new. Best of all was the manager on duty the day I finalized my reservation, Gladys. She was amazing. Whatever you're paying her, it's not enough. She's the rare truly customer oriented employee, and you should be sure to hang on to her.

The Northpark Storage

The Northpark and WestLake Houston Storage is a clean, safe environment for our stuff. Gladys was so nice and very helpful!!! I will recommend and tell everyone how great they are
