  Four stars only because discount was misleading

  Overall I love the facility, but my issue is that they advertise that it's half off the first two whole months but then they tack on a $30 one time admin fee and they require us to have mandatory insurance....so instead of the anticipated $20 plus tax it was $55. And right now I barely had that to pay! Overall the facility is nice and clean so that's a plus but also, first we went to another location on SW a and it didn't go all the way up to my unit number so I had to call the front desk and they informed me that there was in fact TWO locations on the same street. Close to each other but still confusing

  Awful customer service

  We had a bad experience. Address was not clear. No one answers the phone. Then we were locked in which no on told us it locks after nine. Had to call the police to let us out. Waited in 112 degree weather!!!!!
